Ingredients
- Boneless chicken half kg cubes
- Egg white 1
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- Corn flour 1 cup
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Onion julienne 3 tbsp
- Green chili julienne 2
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Honey 4 tbsp
- Orange juice 2 tbsp
- Hot sriracha sauce 2 tbsp
Methods
- Marinate chicken cubes with egg white chicken powder dust well with dry corn flour to coat chicken well deep fry heat ¼ cup oil add onion and chilies with ¼ cup water , syrasha sauce, soya sauce honey and orange juice, thicken with corn flour paste add fried chicken sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.
