Ingredients for Meatballs:

Beef ground 300 gm
Onion minced 1
Garlic minced 2 cloves
Breadcrumbs 1/4 cup
Cheese grated 2 tablespoons
Egg beaten 1
Coriander chopped 1 tablespoon
Salt & Black pepper to taste

For Nest:

Cooked spaghetti 1/2 packet
Egg beaten 1
Cheese grated 1/4 cup
Oil 3 tablespoons
Salt & Black pepper to taste
Chili garlic sauce 1 cup
Cheese for garnish
Coriander for garnish

Method:
Mix all ingredients of meat balls and make balls, fry well. mix all ingredients of nest, keep in muffin tray bake till crispy color comes. Place meat ball and chili garlic sauce on nest to assemble. Garnish with coriander serve.

Potatoes boiled 5
Cucumber diced 1
Onion diced 1
Tomatoes diced 2
Basil leaves chopped 1 tsp
Dried oregano 1/4 tsp
Green olives 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder as required
Olive oil 2 tbsp

Method:
Mix all the ingredients and serve chilled
