Thai Chicken Meatballs is such a delectable dish that it’ll take away all your stress in the first bite.

Ingredient :

  • Chicken Mince 500 grams
  • Coriander Chopped 1 bunch
  • Garlic Minced 2 cloves
  • Ginger, Grated 3 cm
  • Spring Onions, Chopped 2
  • Fish Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • oil 3 tbsp
  • Thai sweet chili sauce 1/3 cup

For Garnish:

  • spring onion 1
  • crushed peanuts handful
  • chopped coriander leaves handful
  • Noodles to serve

In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until combined. Make small balls out of the mixture and set aside. Heat oil and cook meatballs until golden brown. Add Thai sweet chilli sauce at the end and coat the balls until sticky. Top with spring onion, crushed peanuts and coriander. Serve with Noodles


  • Flour 1-3/4 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • butter ½ cup
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Honey 1/3 cup
  • Hung curd 3 tbsp
  • Lemon zest 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice or essence 1 tbsp
  • Pistachios chopped ¼ cup
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Sift the flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in yogurt and the honey, lemon zest and lemon essence or juice. Stir in the flour mixture and pistachios. Shape the dough into logs, wrap in a clingfilm and refrigerate it for a couple of hours until firm. Once the cookie dough is firm, slice into 1-inch sizes pieces and place on silicon lined baking trays. Bake at 180 degrees c for about 12 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely. Dust over icing sugar and serve.
