Ingredients:
- Chicken tikka 4
- Blend onion 1
- Blend green chilli 2tbsp
- Yogurt 1cup
- Cream 4tbsp
- Boiled eggs 3-4
- Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
- Almonds (crushed) 2tbsp
- All spice powder 1tsp
- Salt 2tsp
- Green coriander 1/2bunch
- Julian cut tomatoes 1
- Green chilies 3-4
- Oil 1/2cup
Method:
In chicken add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, salt and yougurt and give rest for 3-4 hours. now heat oil add blend onion, salt and ginger garlic paste bhunify nicely. now in this add chicken bhonify and add ½ cup water, cook till chicken cook properly. now in this add All spice powder, Cream and blend almonds give dum for 10 minutes. lastly add boiled eggs, green coriander and tomatoes and green chillies, serve hot.

- Boiled potatoes 2
- Thinly chopped onion 1
- Green coriander, Green chillies 1/2cup
- Roasted crushed cumin 1-1/2tbsp
- Butter 2tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Bread slice 1
- Salt as required
- Red chilli powder 2tbsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
Heat butter add shredded chicken mix it and cool it.now add boiled potatoes,chopped coriander,green chili, Salt,Red chilli powder , Roasted n crushed cumin and add soaked bread slices mix again.make kababs dip in egg fry it till golden.serve hot.
