Ingredients
- Chicken ½ kg
- Corn Flour ½ cup
- Bread Crumbs ½ cup
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Cumin Seeds (roasted) 2 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Paprika 2 tsp
- Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Egg 1
Methods
- Marinate chicken with oregano, cumin seeds, salt, paprika, black pepper and garlic paste.
- Now sprinkles corn flour, dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs.
- Fry in heat oil.
- Extra Crispy Chicken is ready.
