10 Ways To Treat Swollen Feet

1. Do A Salt Water Soak:

7. Change Your Socks:
Wearing tight socks restricts blood flow and may lead to your feet swelling up.
8. Stay Hydrated:
Not drinking enough water in a day can lead to swelling
9. Go For A Swim:
Taking the impact and weight off of your feet, ankles, and calves during a 30-minute swim each day can lessen swelling and relieve inflammation pain
10. Avoid Salt And Caffeine:
Reducing your daily salt and caffeine intake can do much to alleviate fluid from forming in your ankles and feet .
