Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless breast ½ kg
- barbeque masala 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Papaya 1 tbsp
- White pepper ¼ tsp
- Sweet chili sauce ¼ tsp
- Siracha sauce 2 tbsp
- Sambal oleak 1 tbsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Capsicum 2
- Onion 2
Method:
Put all the above ingredients in bowl, mix well, leave chicken and vegetable cubes to marinate for 2 hours, put on skewers, pieces of chicken then capsicum, then onion, then repeat, put skewers on grill, and grill over hot charcoal, brushing with oil, put stick boti on wooden skewers.
Ingredients:
- Beef Mince ½ kg
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
- Clarified butter 2 tbsp
- Raw papaya 1 tsp
- Whole spice 1 tbsp
- Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 4
- Parathas to serve
Method:
Marinate the mince with all the above ingredients very well and knead well, leave it aside for 1 hour, put on skewers and bbq.
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1kg
- Raw papaya ground 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves grinded 1 tbsp
- Mint leaves grinded 1 tbsp
- Green chilies ground 2
- Yogurt whipped 2 tbsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Chili powder ½ tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Coriander ½ tsp
- Allspice ½ tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
Method:
Marinate chicken with all the above ingredients for 2hours, put on skewers and bbq.
Ingredients:
- Coriander leaves ½ bunch
- Mint 2 tbsp
- Garlic crushed 1 tsp
- Roasted and crushed cumin ½ tsp
- Green chilies 4
- tamarind pulp 3 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Water ½ cup
Method:
Blend all together.
