Ingredients:

  • Brain half kg
  • Onion 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Red chili 2 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Dried fenugreek 1 tbsp
  • Ginger (finely cut) 1 tbsp
  • Green coriander 4 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Green chilies 2

Method:

Wash brain and boil it. Now heat oil and fry onion in it. Then add tomatoes, red chili, salt, turmeric, all spice powder, cumin, ginger garlic and dried fenugreek and saute well. Now add brain. Then add green chilies, green coriander and ginger and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Nuggets ½ packet
  • Burger Buns 2

Ingredients for veggies:

  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Capsicum chopped ¼ cup
  • Onion rough chopped 3 tbsp
  • Mozzarella grated Half cup
  • Cheddar Cheese grated Half cup
  • Black olives ¼ cup
  • Jalapeño 5 optional
  • Mayonnaise ¼ cup
  • Red chili flakes as required
  • Lettuce leaves as required
  • Cucumber sliced as required
  • Tomato sliced as required

Ingredients for sauce:

  • tomato paste Half can
  • Water 1 cup
  • Granulated sugar 1 tsp
  • Dried oregano 1 tsp
  • Dried thyme 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp

Method:

Bring all ingredients to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to simmer. Cover with lid slightly ajar and allow to simmer for about 30 minutes, or until sauce is reduced and thickened, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
Store leftover sauce in refrigerator for about 4-5 days, or freeze for up to three months.

Instructions:
Hot the grill pan and heat the buns both sides and set aside
Spread the mayonnaise on buns
Furthermore, spread pizza sauce generously on each bun.
Assemble the lettuce leaves, tomatoes & cucumbers.
Fry the nuggets golden brown and roughly chop it & place them on the buns.
Also top with chicken nuggets and vegetable topping of your choice.
Sprinkle cheese.
Then spread grated cheese on burgers buns top too and sprinkle, olives, Italian seasonings and red chilies.
Further, bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees Fahrenheit for about 12 minutes. or until cheese is melted.
Finally, serve pizza burger hot.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton liver ½ kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • All spices powder 1 tsp
  • Grinded tomatoes 3
  • oil ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • green chilies 3
  • Green coriander for garnishing

 

Method:

Heat oil in a pan. Stir fry ginger and garlic paste for few seconds and then add kaleji/ liver in it.
When liver changes it color then adds tomato paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder and all spices powder.
Let it cook for 5-7 minutes. When liver gets soft and dries up the water then add lemon juice and green chilies.
At this stage kaleji will leave oil. Add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot

Ingredients:

  • Pasta Packet 1
  • Carrots chopped 2
  • Cucumber chopped 2
  • Olives 2 tbsp
  • Green bell pepper 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Apple 1

Seasoning:

  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Italian herbs 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp

Method:
Boil the pasta as the instruction on the packet set aside.
Cut the vegetable and prepare the seasoning in another bowl mix well.
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients with seasoning in pasta and good mix and serve cold.
Enjoy

  • Milk 2 cups
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Chocolate chips 1/3 cup
  • Chocolate Syrup 4 tbsp
  • Ice 2 cups
  • Vanilla extracts 1 tsp

 

Method:

Blend all that up in the blender.
Garnish with chocolate chips and icing cream or chocolate sauce
On top & Enjoy.
