  • Spinach 1 bunch
  • Bengali Gram 1 ½ cups
  • Rice Flour ½ cup
  • Green Chilies (Crushed) 6
  • Coriander Leaves (Finely chopped) 1 bunch
  • White Cumin (Roasted and ground) 1 tsp
  • Red Chilies (Crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper (Crushed) 1 tsp
  • Bread Slices 2
  • Egg Whites 2
  • Oil as required


  1. In a pan heat  oil and add the onions, frying them until they turn pink.
  2. Now add  spinach, bengali  gram, green chilies, red chilies , rice flour , coriander leaves, black pepper , bread slices , egg whites ,salt  mix and boil low flame .
  3. When the water of the spinach has dried, mix well and take off the heat Serve with hot naan.
