Rani Pasand Pulao Recipe

Rani Pasand Pulao
Ingredients:
Mutton ½ kg
Rice ½ kg
Oil ½ cup
Onion Slices 2
Cinnamon 2
Big Cardamom 1
Small Cardamom 2-3
Black pepper 4-6
Cloves 3-5
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Salt 2 tsp
Yogurt 1 ½ cup
Cashew Nuts 15
Almonds, Pistachios 3 tbsp
Saffron ½ tsp
Milk 2 tbsp
Method:
• Add in ½ cup oil and add in 2 chopped onions and fry them till they are brown. And crush them.
• Add in cinnamon, big cardamom, small cardamom, black pepper, cloves, ginger garlic paste and ½ kg mutton.
• Add in red chili powder, salt and 2 tbsp water.
• Add in beaten yogurt and cover the pan. Add in water and cook till the meat tenders.
• Add in soaked rice. Once the rice are cooked add in 2 cups of more water.
• In 2 tbsp milk, add in saffron and dissolve it. When the water of the rice dries, add in saffron.
• In the end, dish it out and garnish it with almonds, pistachios and fried cashews.
