  • Chicken tikka boti 1 packet
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Thai red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Fresh basil leaves 1 cup
  • Mint (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Large green chilies 3 cut lengthwise
  • Oil ¼ cup

Ingredients for Sauce:

  • Water ¼ cup
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Dark soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Fish sauce 1 tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Stock ½ cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp

Ingredients to Serve:

  • Steamed rice cooked with salt as required
  • Spring onions (chopped) ½ cup
  • Fried egg for topping
  • Salt & pepper to taste



Heat oil, fry garlic and red chilies, add chicken tikka boti and fry till its color changes, add green chilies, ¼ cup water with all the ingredients for sauce, add basil and mint leaves, continue to stir fry, if required add 2 tbsp more oil.


Place steamed rice in a bowl, sprinkle chopped onion on it, cover half the bowl with basil chicken, place the fried egg on top of the bowl, sprinkle salt and pepper, serve immediately.


  • Chicken 1 kg (8 pieces)
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice ¼ cup
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp leveled
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Brown onion crushed 2 tbsp
  • Orange food color a pinch
  • Oil ½ cup



Give slits on chicken pieces, marinate with all the above ingredients, keep it for 2 hours, steam covered for 30 mins, then fry in half cup oil in a fry pan till light golden, serve hot.


  • Chicken boneless 300 gm

Ingredients for Marination:

  • Meat tenderizer ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric a pinch
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds (roasted & crushed) ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Coal to give smoke

Other Ingredients:

  • Onion (chopped) 1
  • Capsicum (chopped) 1
  • Pizza sauce ½ cup
  • Grated cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp heaped
  • Olives (sliced) 4 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Frozen parathas 6



Marinate chicken with meat tenderizer, chili powder, turmeric, black pepper, cumin and salt for 30 mins, give dum of coal, pan fry chicken for 10 mins till done.




Cook frozen parathas as per instruction. In a bowl mix together pizza sauce and mayonnaise, add in chopped capsicum, onion, olives, oregano, black pepper, mix well, apply the mixture on each paratha, add the layer of grated cheddar cheese, and put cooked chicken pieces along the center, roll up like paratha rolls, wrap each roll in foil, bake in oven for 5 mins till cheese melts, remove foil, cut each roll into half and serve.
