This easy Thai Chicken with Rice recipe makes for an amazing dinner that the whole family will love.

  • Tikka boti 1packet
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Thai red curry paste 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Other ingredients
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Wooden skewers as required

Ingredients for rice:

  • Boiled rice 2 cups
  • Thai red chili chopped 4
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Salad dressing 2 tbsp



Marinate Tikka boti with all the given ingredients, thread chicken strips on skewers, grill for 10 mins until done, mix all the rice ingredients together, heat in a wok, serve with Tikka boti


  • Chicken wings ½ kg
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • Siracha sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 1 ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
  • Oil for frying



Cut wings in half, marinate wings with mayonnaise, garlic paste, hoisin sauce, siracha sauce, mix well and keep for 30 mins, add in all the remaining seasonings, roll marinated wings in bread crumbs, deep fry until brown and crispy. Serve with sweet chili sauce.


  • Fish whole 1 kg
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Corn flour ½ cup
  • Finely crushed corn flakes 1 cup

Ingredients for marination

  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Green chili garlic sauce 4 tbsp



Marinate fish with green chili garlic sauce, lemon juice, crushed red pepper and salt, leave it for 30 mins, mix together flour and corn flour with water into a thick batter, dip the fish in batter, coat in chopperised corn crumbs, deep fry, serve fish hot with green chili garlic sauce.
