Ingredients:
- Boiled pasta ½ packet
- Water for boiling
- Pasta ½ pack
- Garlic cloves as required
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Button chilies 6
- Salt 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Chicken mince ½ kg
- Flour roasted 2 tbsp
- Milk 2 cups
- Cream 1 cup
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Capsicums 2
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
- Oil 5 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup 1 cup
- White sauce
- Fried button chilies 4-5
Method:
- Heat oil and add button red chili. Fry it and remove it from the pan.
- Then heat oil in a pan and fry button chilies and garlic paste in it.
- Add mince in it. Mix well and fry it till chicken starts to change its color from pink to white.
- Then add soya sauce and salt, tomato ketchup and turn the stove off.
- For white sauce pour milk in a pan and mix in flour and oregano. Cook till it gets thick.
- After this add capsicums, cheddar cheese, fried garlic and green chili.
- Add a layer of boiled pasta in the serving dish.
- Then pour in the white sauce.
- Then pour the mince mixture in a dish.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Serve it hot and fresh!
