Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breast (boiled & shredded)1
  • Macaroni (boiled) 1 cup
  • Pineapple 1 cup
  • Capsicum (chopped) 1
  • Sweet Corn ½ cup
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Salt ¾ tsp
  • Pepper ¾ tsp

 

Method:
Boiled and shredded chicken breast, boiled macaroni, pine apple, chopped capsicum, sweet corn, mayonnaise, cream, salt and black pepper mix then salad ready.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken cut (8pieces) 1
  • Red chili powder 2tbsp
  • Turmeric 1tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2tsp
  • Oil 1/2cup
  • Seyla rice 4cup
  • Saffron color 1/2tsp
  • Onion 2large
  • Yogurt 3cup
  • Garlic 1tbsp
  • Ginger 1tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp
  • Coal 1
  • All spices powder 1tbsp

Method:
In a cup of water add ginger garlic and squeeze their essence out. Now in a bowl add water, chicken, red chili powder, turmeric, lemon juice and 1/2tsp of salt and set it for an hour. Now add 8tbsp of oil and fry the chicken at high flame and smoke it with coal. Now fry ginger, garlic in the rest of the oil. After that add yogurt and all spices powder and cook for 5mins. Now cook chicken and rest of the salt for 5mins and smoke the gravy with coal. Now boil the rice in salted water and mix the gravy. Now add saffron color and cook at medium flame for 15mins and mix thoroughly to serve it hot.

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Coriander (crushed) 4 tbsp
  • Garlic ½ tbsp
  • Ginger ½ tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Mint 3 tbsp
  • Onion 1 large
  • Tahini paste 4 tbsp
  • Cardamom (crushed) 1/3 tsp
  • Cinnamon stick powder 1/3 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Bread crumbs ½ tsp
  • Yogurt ½ kg
  • Oil ¼ cup

Method:
• In beef mince add chopped coriander, Cinnamon stick powder, Cardamom (crushed), salt, black pepper and bread slice all mix and fine grind in chopper.
• Then make kofta then keep in freez.
• Now heat oil add onion ,garlic and ginger fry then add koftay and further fry for 10 minutes .
• After this Tahini paste, salt and yogurt add then cook for 20 minutes.
• Finally add lemon juice and mint and cook 5 minutes then serve.
