Ingredients:
- Fettuccine 1 packet
- Butter (unsalted) 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Mushrooms (sliced) 1 tin
- Garlic (chopped) 2
- Heavy cream ½ cup
- Chicken stock ½ cup
- Salt and pepper ½ tsp
- Onion 1
- Thyme ½ tsp
- Parsley (chopped) as required
Method:
In a pan heat butter and oil and sauté onion. Then add garlic and mushrooms. Sauté well. Now add salt, pepper, thyme and chicken stock. Mix well. Then add fettuccine and mix properly. In the end add cream and garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
Ingredients for Patty:
- Onion (diced) 1 medium
- Garlic (crushed) 1
- Beef mince 300 gm
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
- Bread slice 1
- Oil as Req
Remaining Ingredients:
- Buns 4
- Pizza sauce 1 cup
- Pickle cucumber ¼ cup
- Capsicum (sliced) ½ cup
- Onion (sliced) ½ cup
- Sweet corn ¼ cup
- Black olives ¼ cup
- Red chili flakes 1 ½ tbsp
- Oregano 1 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese (grated) ½ cup
- Mozzarella cheese (grated) ½ cup
Method:
In a bowl, add onion, garlic, beef mince, salt, pepper, fresh coriander and bread slice. Mix well and make the patties out of it. Then heat oil in a pan and fry from both sides. Setaside. Now on the same pan toast the buns. Then spread pizza sauce on the buns, also add vegetables. Now place the patty and cheese. Then keep the bun open and add sauce, black olives and again add the cheese. In the end sprinkle oregano, red chili flakes and bake until the cheese melts. Serve hot.
