Fajita Tikka
Ingredient:
Boneless chicken ½ kg
Raw Papaya 2 tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Red Pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin (roasted and ground) 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Oregano Leaves 1 tsp
Basil Leaves 1 tsp
Method:
Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 2 hours, put on wooden swirls , grill in ¼ cup oil in grill pan.
