Kashmiri Rajma Masala makes an incredibly flavorful dish that pairs beautifully with boiled rice.

Ingredients:
- Red kidney beans 2 cup
- Chopped onion 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt, chili as required
- White cumin ½ tsp
- Oil ¾ cup
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Fennel seeds powder ¾ tsp
- Dried ginger ½ tsp
- Asafoetida 1 pinch
- Green coriander as required
Method:
Heat oil fry onion. Add cumin and asafoetida fry well. Add ginger garlic paste, chili, salt, turmeric, dried ginger, fennel and yogurt cook well. Add red boiled kidney bean. add 1 cup of water and cook well till it becomes thick. Remove and garnish with green coriander.
Ingredients for Tikka:
- Chicken ½ kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Tikka masala 2 tbsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Coal for smoke
- Fried onion 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Pulao:
- Coal 1 piece
- Rice 400 gm
- Oil ½ cup
- Chopped onion 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Fennel seeds ¾ tsp
- Mix whole all spice 1 tbsp
- Chicken powder 1 tbsp
- Mace nutmeg ¾ tsp
- Yogurt ¾ cup
- Ginger sliced 2 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Boiled eggs for garnish
Method:
Cut on chicken and apply all spices and leave for 2 to 3 hour. Add in pan cook well then give a smoke of coal. For Pulao heat oil add onion and whole all spice fry well. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, chicken powder and yogurt cook well. Add water and bring to boil. Add nutmeg, mace powder and leave for simmer. Add chicken and remove in a dish. Garnish with fried onion, sliced ginger and boiled eggs.
