  • Rice 500 gm
  • Fennel 2 tbsp
  • Black cardamoms 4-5
  • Brown onion 1 cup
  • Salt as required

  • Almonds 8 -10
  • Raisins 2-3 tbsp
  • Cashews 8-10
  • Coconut slices ¼ cup

Ek patili men pani, sonf, bari ilaich or brown onion dal ker 15 se 20 minutes tak uballen yahan tak kay yakhni brown hojae phir yakhni ko chanker dosray paitlay men dal len.
Ab is yakhni men choti ilaich or namak dal ker chawal shamil Karen.
Ab dosri taraf ek frying pan men ghee garam ker kay tamam nuts dal ker fry kerlen.
Ab jab chawal men yakhni khushk honay lagay to ghee or nuts dal ker pulaoko 15 se 20 minutes tak dum per chor den.


  • Oil 1 – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Chicken chunks ¼ cup
  • Prawns chunks 6 – 8
  • Cabbage julienned ¼ cups
  • Carrot julienned ¼ cups
  • Capsicum julienned ¼ cups
  • Mushrooms sliced 3 – 4
  • Green chili chopped 1 – 2
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 4 – 5 cups
  • Corn flour as required
  • Egg 1


Pan men oil garma ker kay garlic sauté ker len phir chickens or prawns kay chunks dal ker fry ker len phir chicken stock, chili sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup or chili garlic dal ker mix ker len phir salt, chicken powder, sugar or white pepper dal ker boil anay den jab boil ajae to corn flour dal ker soup ko garha ker len phir anda phent ker dal den phir akhir men tamam sabziyan dal ker 2 se 3 minutes tak paka ker serve Karen.

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion julienned ¼ cups
  • Tomato julienned ¼ cups
  • Capsicum julienned ¼ cups
  • Salt as required
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Tomato ketchup ½ cup
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp

Pan me oil garam ker kay ginger or garlic paste dal ker sauté ker len phir chicken dal ker fry ker len phir tamam sukhay masalay dal ker achi tarhan bhoon len phir tomato ketchup or tomato paste dal ke rthora sa pani shamil Karen phir 1 se 2 minutes takpakaker Shimla, piyaz or tomato shamil ker kay mix Karen or mazeed 1 minute takpakaker serve Karen.


  • Potatoes boiled & mashed 1 cup
  • Chicken boiled & shredded ½ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Vermicelli as required
  • Oil for frying
