Liver Masala will make a perfect Eid lunch dish. It is a combination of liver chunks and delicious curry.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton liver finely chopped 750 gm
  • Cinnamon 1 stick
  • Cloves 2
  • Oil ¾ cup
  • Onion 1 boiled and blended
  • Tomatoes 2 blended
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 3 chopped
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Qorma masala 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin ½ tsp
  • Roasted & crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Button red chilies 4
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • Sambaloleak 1 tbsp
  • Coconut milk ½ cup

 

METHOD:

Heat oil, add boiled and blended onion, fry for 5 mins, add ginger garlic, blended tomatoes, fry well, add seasoning with yogurt, fry well, add liver, fry for 10 mins, Lastly add coconut milk, coriander, green chilies and salt, cook for 10 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies, serve with roti, paratha or nan.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton chops 750 gm boiled in 2 cups water
  • Onion chopped 1 ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder 3 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Tomatoes 2 choppered
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves 1 cup grinded
  • Mint leaves ½ cup grinded
  • Curry leaves 15 grinded
  • Green chilies 3 grinded
  • Coconut 2 tbsp grinded
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Cream cheese 2 tbsp heaped
  • Salt 1 tsp

 

METHOD:

In a blender, blend together coriander, mint, curry leaves, green chilies, coconut, salt, cream cheese and allspice, boil chops with salt and 2 cups water till tender. Heat oil, fry onion till light golden, add ginger garlic paste, fry for 1 min, add chopperized tomatoes and fry, add chili powder, turmeric, blended spices, fry for 5 mins, add chops with ¾ cup water, cook till oil comes on top and thick gravy left, add cream cheese, mix and remove, serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken cubes ½ kg
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Fennel seeds grinded 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds roasted & crushed 1 ½ tsp
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon powder ¼ tsp
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Capsicums 2 cut into cubes
  • Onions 2 cut in to cubes
  • Wooden skewers as required
  • Coal 1 piece

 

METHOD:

Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 2 hours, put on wooden skewers alternating with onion and capsicum cubes, grill, givedum of coal, serve drizzled with cream and dash of butter.
