Roghni Qorma Recipe
- Mutton ½ Kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Red Degi Chili 2
- Chopped Onions 3
- Khewra few Drops
- Chopped Coriander 2 tbsp
- Ginger Paste 2 tbsp
- Rogan Josh Masala 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Small Cardamom 6
- Black Cumin 1 tsp
- Chopped Almonds 10
- Clarified Butter 1 cup
- Boil 2 red degi chilies with few drops of vinegar and water.
- Take some clarified butter in pan and fry onion till golden brown.
- Mix together yogurt and brown onion.
- Add on small cardamom, 1 tsp black cumin and red chilies and blend together.
- Cook together, mutton, grinded powder, chopped coriander, rogan josh Masala, ginger and some salt. Cover it and cook.
- When the water dries add in water.
- Add in few drops and keep for 10 minutes.
