Ingredients:
- Chicken 400 gm
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Crushed ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Coconut milk 1 cup
- Basil leaves 7-8
- Green coriander as required
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- Chopped capsicum 1
- Red curry paste 1-1/2 tsp
- Fish sauce 1 tsp
Method:
Apply salt and pepper on chicken. Heat oil add ginger garlic fry well. Add chicken well. Also add red curry paste mix well. Add coconut milk, fish sauce and basil leaves. Add chopped capsicum, green coriander and lemon juice mix well. Remove and serve.
Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 2 cup
- Red curry paste 1 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 2
- Crushed ginger garlic 1-1/2tsp
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Green onion 4 tbsp
- Chopped capsicum 4 tbsp
- Green coriander 4 tbsp
- Eggs 2 beaten
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt 2 pinches
Method:
Heat oil add crushed ginger garlic and chopped onion fry well. Add red curry paste with chicken stock cook till boil comes. Add rice mix well. Add green onion, chopped capsicum mix. Mix salt in egg and fry like omelet. Remove and roll. Serve with rice.
Ingredients:
- Boiled rice noodles 2 cup
- Grated carrot ½ cup
- Chopped cucumber 1
- Bean sprouts ½ cup
- Green onion ½ cup
- White sesame roasted 1 tbsp
- Crushed peanut ½ cup
Ingredients for Dressing:
- Peanut butter 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Garlic minced 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil 1 tsp
Method:
Mix all ingredient of dressing in bowl. Add boiled noodles in serving dish. Add carrot, cucumber, green onion, capsicum and bean sprout. Add dressing and garnish with peanut and white sesame.
