Ingredients:

  • Chicken tikka 1 packet
  • Seekh kebab 1 packet
  • Rice ½ kg
  • Whole all spice 2 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Brown onion ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1tsp
  • Coriander powder 1tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 20
  • Screw pine essence 1 tbsp
  • Food color 1 pinch
  • Green chilies 6
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

For sauce:

  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Hot sauce 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed1tsp
  • Vinegar 4 tbsp

 

METHOD:
Mix mayonniase, tomato, ketchup, salt, hot sauce, black pepper. Fry seek kabab and leg tikka. Heat oil add whole spice cook. Add yogurt, onion, ginger garlic, salt, coriander, turmeric, chilies cook.
In pan add water cook rice. Add green masala, screw pine essence, lemon juice and leave for simmer. Remove rice in serving platter add chicken tikka and seekh kabab, add sauce give a smoke of coal, serve.

Ingredients:

  • Cabbage 1
  • Water 2 cup
  • Vinegar 1 cup
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Crushed fennel 1 tsp
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Crushed cloves 3
  • Turmeric 1/8 tsp
  • Mustard crushed 1 tsp
  • Nigella seeds 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1tsp

 

 

Method:

Cut cabbage and keep in bottle. Cook all ingredients in water then pour in bottle. Keep for 2 to 3 days.

  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Fish sauce 1 tsp
  • Oyster sauce 3 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped spring onions 4
  • Chopped garlic 3 cloves
  • Sliced capsicum 1
  • Sliced mushrooms 100 gm
  • Broccoli blanched 200 gm
  • Cornstarch 1 tbsp

 

Method:
Heat oil in pan fry garlic. Add vegetables sauté well. Add sauces with cornstarch (dissolved in water), cook. Remove and serve.
